GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Freight to stores and third parties.

  • Orders over $650.00 (ex GST, after discounts) will be delivered Free into Store (F.I.S.).
  • Orders under $650.00 (ex GST, after discounts) will incur a freight charge of 15% of the goods’ value, with a minimum charge of $20.00 plus GST.
  • The above freight rates apply to mainland NSW, QLD, VIC, Southern WA (south of Geraldton), and Southern SA (south of Port Augusta).
  • For deliveries outside these areas, the client is responsible for the freight charges.
  • Note: F.I.S. excludes items marked as “ex-works,” which will be quoted separately.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange, provided they are:

  • New, unused, unaltered, and not previously installed
  • In a saleable condition with all original packaging intact

Please note that freight costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

  • Agri Energizers are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • All other electronic products carry a 2-year warranty.
